The service
What we do, precisely.
We manage the full tax life-cycle under the Income Tax Act, 2058 and the VAT Act, 2052: registrations, estimates, monthly and annual filings, and the documentation that makes every position defensible.
Where the law gives choices, we quantify them. Our planning memos set out each option's cost, risk and authority so decisions are made with eyes open — never aggressive, always citable.
Why it matters
Tax is usually the largest controllable cost a business carries. Missed deadlines become penalties and interest; weak documentation turns audits into assessments; good advice, taken early, is simply cheaper.
Who needs it
Built for the entities the law — and reality — demand it of.
01
Companies filing annual income tax returns and monthly VAT/TDS
02
VAT-registered traders, contractors and exporters
03
Employers withholding tax on salaries and payments
04
Individuals with business, rental or multiple incomes
05
Taxpayers facing IRD audits, assessments or appeals
How we deliver
Four steps, documented at every hand-off.
Step 1
Health check
We review filings, registers and positions of the past three years and list exposures with amounts and remedies.
Step 2
Calendar & compliance
A statutory calendar is assigned per entity; returns, VAT and TDS are prepared, reviewed and filed ahead of due dates.
Step 3
Planning
Legitimate elections, exemptions and structures are modelled with costs, risks and cited authority for your decision.
Step 4
Representation
We correspond with, and appear before, the IRD on your behalf from clarification notices through appeals.

Questions
Frequently asked, plainly answered.
Can you represent us before the Inland Revenue Department?
Yes. We handle clarifications, audit discussions, assessment objections and appeals as your registered representative, with every submission copied to you the day it is filed.
Is tax planning the same as tax avoidance?
No. Planning arranges your affairs within the law — choosing allowances, exemptions and timings the statute permits. We decline schemes whose only purpose is to evade tax, and we say so in writing.
Our past filings are incomplete. Can this be regularised?
Usually yes. A health check quantifies what is outstanding, and voluntary correction before detection typically limits penalties. The earlier we start, the cheaper the remedy.
