The service
What we do, precisely.
We process payroll accurately and on time — salaries, allowances, deductions, TDS and SSF/PF — with payslips employees understand and registers auditors accept.
Alongside the monthly cycle we build the framework: HR policies, employment contracts and benefits structures that comply with labour and tax law and withstand disputes.
Why it matters
Payroll errors are visible to every employee and every regulator at once. Late TDS or SSF deposits accrue interest and penalties; weak policies turn individual grievances into institutional disputes.
Who needs it
Built for the entities the law — and reality — demand it of.
01
Employers of any size without a payroll function
02
NGOs and projects with grant-funded staff and reporting
03
Companies registering with or migrating to SSF
04
Firms drafting or updating HR policies and contracts
05
Businesses with expatriate or multi-country staff
How we deliver
Four steps, documented at every hand-off.
Step 1
Set up & register
Payroll registers, tax and SSF/PF registrations and opening balances are established and reconciled.
Step 2
Process monthly
Attendance and changes are applied, gross-to-net computed, payslips issued and registers closed on a fixed day.
Step 3
Deposit & file
TDS, SSF and other statutory amounts are deposited and filed within deadlines; reconciliations are kept current.
Step 4
Advise & maintain
Policies, contracts and benefits are reviewed annually against labour and tax changes.

Questions
Frequently asked, plainly answered.
Is SSF enrolment mandatory for our employees?
For most employers, yes — contribution obligations apply once listed entities and thresholds are met. We assess your position and handle registration, migration and arrears where relevant.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We reconcile year-to-date figures from the previous processor or internal team before the first run, so tax certificates at year-end remain seamless.
Do you handle expatriate payroll and tax?
Yes — including residency tests, treaty considerations, withholding on foreign remuneration and the documentation immigration and tax authorities expect.
